We are based in Switzerland and serve visitors from the European Union. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Server logs
When you load a page, the web server temporarily records:
- the IP address of the requesting computer
- date and time of access
- the requested URL
- the referring page
- browser and operating system
- the country the request came from
This is used to establish the connection, to keep the site stable and secure, and to investigate attacks or misuse. Log files are deleted automatically after a few days. They are not linked to other data and are not used to build profiles.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 31(1) FADP.
Audience measurement
Pages on this site load a statistics script from data.windshift.dev. It is Umami, running self-hosted on our own server in Helsinki, Finland.
- It sets no cookies.
- It does not store IP addresses.
- It records the page URL, the referring page, browser and device type, the country, and a random session value.
- It cannot identify you and does not follow you to other sites.
- The data is never sold or shared.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can block the script with any standard tracking blocker or your browser's tracking protection.

There is no contact form on this site. You can reach us by email at info@realigned.io, through the support portal, or via LinkedIn and the Atlassian Marketplace.
If you contact us, we process what you send us, typically your name, email address and the content of your message, to answer you and to follow up on your request. We keep it as long as the matter needs, and we do not use it for anything else.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when your enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
What we do not do
No cookies, no advertising, no newsletter, no profiling, no automated decision-making. We do not obtain personal data about you from third parties.

Pages on this site link to windshift.sh, to our product sites, and to Atlassian Marketplace, LinkedIn and GitHub. Those sites run under their own operators and their own privacy statements apply there.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its rectification or erasure. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent you have given us.
You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, if you are in the EU or EEA, with the supervisory authority where you live.
